Meet the Teacher

Hello! My name is Emilee Lamps, and this is my first year teaching at Hughes Academy!

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Professional Communication with an emphasis in Digital and Social Media from BYU-Idaho. I later earned my Master’s degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in the Humanities from Grand Canyon University.

When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me watching movies, taking photos, or spending time with my friends. I’m excited to get to know my students and families and make this year great!
