Thank you for taking the time to visit my website! My name is Star Boggs, and I will be the Multilingual Learner Program (MLP) teacher for all of the 3rd and 5th grade Multilingual Learners at Hollis. I am looking forward to working alongside your child's teacher, helping them assist your scholar in reaching their highest level of potential.  

A Tidbit About Me.... 

I was born and raised in Greenville, SC. I graduated from USC Upstate in 2013, where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, I began my teaching career promptly at St. Anthony of Padua, where I taught 3rd grade for two years. After that, I began teaching 3rd grade at Crestview Elementary for four years. During my tenure at Crestview, I received a Master's Degree in Literacy with a concentration in ESOL. This degree encouraged me to seek employment with Greenville County's  ESOL department, where I accepted a position at Hollis! I'm super excited about entering my fifth year here at Hollis and being a part of the MLP team!

Whenever I'm not working, I can be found spending time with my family, reading books, catching up with friends, experimenting with new recipes, or traveling and discovering new restaurants in nearby towns.
