A Bit About Ms. Brooks

I currently serve as a social studies teacher at Greer High School, teaching US Government/Economics and AP Human Geography.    

I hold a Masters of Education degree from Converse College, with certification in secondary social studies, as well as certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator.  I came to Greer High in January 2009, from Verizon Wireless, where I served in Corporate Communications for many years. Prior to my work at Verizon, I served in both the public relations and education industry, including five years as the Director of Business Education Partnership for all of Greenville County Schools.  

I live in the Greer area and enjoy spending time with my son, daughter-in-law, daughter, granddaughters and pets!
