Welcome to my class! My name is Eric Williams and I will be your social studies teacher this school year. My hobbies include playing, collecting and fixing guitars, both electric and acoustic. I also love to play video games! After high school, I studied film and television at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Later, I returned to school and earned a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Social Studies from the University of South Carolina Upstate. I completed a master's degree in Advanced Studies in Secondary Social Studies Education from Converse College in 2020. In the past, I have taught at Spartanburg County School District One and Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This will be my 10th year at Hillcrest High School.
