I am so excited to teach 6th Grade ELA at Northwood Middle School!  I graduated in 2008 from Wingate University with a degree in Middle Grades English Language Arts and Social Studies. I also hold a Master's of Education in Read to Succeed from North Greenville University.   In the past 17 years, I have taught 6th grade ELA, 7th grade ELA, and 7th grade Social Studies.  

In my free time I love to spend time with my husband, my almost 3 year old Parker, and Goldendoodle Brody.  I also enjoy  traveling, shopping, reading, baking, and spending time outside! I am so excited to see the wonderful things that will happen this school year!
