I was born and grew up on Long Island, New York. My first year teaching was at the elementary school that I attended when I was little and it was everything I dreamed it would be!

I moved to South Carolina when I was twenty four. I taught for 6 years here in the upstate and then I stayed home with my children and was a substitute teacher for many years.

This is my 2nd year teaching at Pelham Road and it is hands down the best school! ! I am so happy to be able to teach in the community that I live in. My daughter attends school here at PRES and my son is now at Langston Charter Middle School where my husband is also a teacher.
