About Me

Hi my name is Mrs. Wanda Thomas and I am going to be your Kindergarten teacher! This will be my Sixth year teaching at Monaview Elementary but my 16 year teaching elementary school. I love Kindergarten and all the exploring, learning, and fun we are going to have.

I have my BA from Columbia College and I am currently working on my Master’s in Reading. I am certified in South Carolina, Florida and I am Highly Qualified. I love to teach and I could teach all day. I can’t wait to help you to become better readers and expose you to lots of new reading adventures.

I grew up in the capital city of Columbia and I love to go home and visit often. My parents still live there.

I can’t wait to spend the next year learning and growing with you!
