Behavior Management

We run on a tally system in my class. It spells the acronym, HOW I ACT.

H: Hubbub (general noise)

O: Out of order (not following instructions)

W: Walking

I: Intentional disobedience 

A: Attitude

C: Courtesy

T: Talking

If your child receives one tally, he/she will walk for 5 mins at recess; two tallies equals 10 mins; 3 tallies equals 15 mins; 4 tallies equals loss of recess, a talk with the principal, and a phone call home.

As always, any behavior not corrected will result in a parent/teacher conference.
