Hello! I’m Mrs. Jennifer Johnson, and I’m thrilled to be a partner in your child’s learning journey this year! This will be my 12th year teaching and my fourth year at Simpsonville Elementary School.

Prior to teaching, I spent several years in Clinton working as a teacher assistant. During that time, I returned to school and earned my Master of Arts in Teaching from Converse University.

My husband and I have been married for 25 years. We have two wonderful children—our daughter is 23 and currently pursuing graduate studies at Winthrop University. Our son, who is nearly 21, recently graduated from Greenville Technical College as a BMW Scholar with a degree in Mechatronics. He is now working at BMW.

Over the years, our family has had a variety of pets, but we currently have an adorable mixed-breed dog named Hank and two cats, Stella and Socks.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers!

I am truly looking forward to getting to know you and your child. We are going to have a fantastic year together!
