My name is Catherine Huffstetler and the 2025-2026 school year will be my 8th year at Hollis Academy and my 12th year teaching.  I graduated from Clemson University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree and certification in Elementary Education and I am a highly qualified teacher. I also obtained my Masters of Education degree at the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2019. I have previously taught 4th, 3rd, and 1st grades. I grew up in Easley, SC and now I live in Piedmont, SC. In my spare time I am spending time with my baby girl and husband. My daughter, Hallie, was born in October 2024 and she is such a joy! I am very excited to continue teaching at Hollis and I look forward to another fun year in second grade!
