About Me

Mrs. Howard

I grew up in Greenville, SC and went to Clemson for my undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy. I also went to Clemson for my Master of Arts in teaching degree in Special Education Learning Disabilities. This is my fifth year teaching at Wade Hampton! In my spare time I like to spend time at the lake, be with my friends and family, be active, and go to Clemson games. I also love being with my adorable puppy, Duncan!

I believe in using multiple resources and ways of teaching to address diverse learning needs. I advocate for my students across settings. I will celebrate their uniqueness and their small and large accomplishments. Education is so important for students and all students deserve a chance to learn.
