About Mrs. Henslee

I love coming to school everyday, and look forward to seeing my students’ smiling faces. Since a young age, I always knew I wanted to be a teacher, and I feel so lucky to have “my dream job” so early in life.

I love all of my students like they are my own and always want to see them succeed- not only in the classroom but in life!

I have lived in Greenville all of my life, and I attended Greenville County Schools Kindergarten-12th grade. I also attended Clemson University, where I graduated with honors, was on the Dean's List & President's List several times, and played lacrosse.

My husband Miles and I were married June 21st, 2014. We live in downtown Greenville and have a yellow lab named Cooper. We are expecting our first child (a boy) this fall.

I am currently teaching English III & Film Crit.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, and going to Clemson football games.
