It is the greatest honor to be the art teacher here at Sterling School/CTC School. It has always been a dream of mine to collaborate and integrate the art curriculum into meaningful and purposeful projects and experiences for students. I have 31 years of teaching as an art facilitator and I believe in an environment where the students drive their learning and the expertise of their work comes from within themselves. My role will be to provide content and opportunities but not just give answers. Students will arrive at those themselves and offer their solutions in expressive projects. My background in the sciences, math, art (BS in Art Education), and technology (Masters in Instructional Technology) is why I am perfectly qualified to guide your child through their years with challenging activities during Visual Art class.
