Individual Plan

I use a punch card reward system in my classroom. This is a management strategy that involves granting hole punches on their card to students participating in positive and appropriate actions throughout the day. When a student receives 10 hole punches they are allowed to get a prize out of the treasure box.

Whole Class Plan

I use Mr. Potato Head as a classroom management tool. When the whole class is participating in positive and appropriate actions (receiving compliments from other teachers, working nicely in the room, following directions, etc.) then a piece of Mr. Potato Head will get put on. When Mr. Potato Head earns every piece and is all filled up, we decide on a treat as a class.
