I received my Bachelors of Science from Charleston Southern University in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.

In 2018, I completed my Master's Degree from The Citadel in Literacy Education. In 2025, I completed my Educational Specialist Degree from Clemson University in Educational Leadership. 

 I taught 1st grade for six years and 2nd grade for two years in Berkeley County School District. For the past four years, I was the Literacy Specialist at Heritage Elementary School.
