About Me

Hello!

My name is Veronica Missouri Franklin, and I am so excited to be your 6th grade math teacher this year! I’m truly honored to join the Beck Academy family, and I can’t wait to get to know each of you.

I was born and raised right here in Greenville, SC. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate. I’m also a proud wife and mom to two beautiful daughters who keep me on my toes!

When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my family, traveling, reading, shopping, and enjoying everything Christmas—it’s my favorite time of year! My favorite color is pink, and yellow is runner up. My favorite store is easily Sephora, and if i could live anywhere, as long as I'm close to the beach I'm guaranteed happy.

I believe that with love, encouragement, and the right support, every student can succeed. My goal is to make math fun, engaging, and meaningful, and to help my students become confident problem-solvers who are ready to tackle anything.
