All About Our Class

Mrs. Chaffee's Reading class is a fun place to learn. Each day many children visit my room in order to become better readers. Small groups of second, third, and fourth grade students engage in meaningful activities that support them as readers and writers. Reading from all the genres, decoding words, using and defining vocabulary words, and comprehension strategies are just a few of the skills that are covered on a daily basis. This room is such a fun place in which to become a better reader!!!
