My name is Annette Cauwenberghs (you can call me Mrs. C too) and I am so excited to be returning for my 4th year at Bryson Elementary. I am the teacher for the Multi-Cat 3rd-5th Grade classroom. I graduated from Felician College in New Jersey and I have been working in Special Education classrooms for over 20 years.
I was born and raised in New Jersey and my family and I decided to go on a new adventure and moved to South Carolina in April 2021. I moved here with my husband and our two children. I can’t forget to mention my furry children Hazel (Australian Shepard) and our three silly cats.
I live in Simpsonville and love to visit the Ice Cream Station, go to hockey games (Go Greenville Swamp Rabbits!) travel, and go to watch my kids sports games. My favorite place to vacation is Hilton Head where I can relax, swim, and enjoy the beach. I also love reading and my favorite book series is Harry Potter. I hope I can share my love of reading with all of my students. We can go on amazing adventures together.
I am so looking forward to seeing all of your smiling faces enter my classroom this year. I am so proud to be a Bryson Bear for the 2025-2026 school year.
