I have been teaching middle school for almost 7+ years. I have been teaching or involved with education for almost 15+ years. Math has been a big part of my life but my family is where my heart will always lie. I have 3 beautiful children and a wonderful husband.

In my free time I love knitting sweaters, blanks, hats, and other garments. I have enjoyed making things for family and friends. I get really excited about hand-dyed wool yarns and have even visited an alpaca farm in NC last fall.

During college I was a runner on the Lander Cross Country Team. I am definitely not as fast anymore, but I do enjoy running still. Currently, I run on my husband company's cooperate shield team at ZF.

I completed my Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Mathematics at Lander University in 2007 & Master's in the Art of Teaching (MAT) at Clemson University in 2009. I can’t wait to share my love of MATH with my students!
