Hi, I’m Laura Arabea! I’ve spent the past 11 years in education, teaching both first and third grade, and I’m thrilled to now bring my passion for science into the classroom—especially with a focus on the environment and sustainability. I love helping students connect what they’re learning to real-life situations and inspiring them to think critically about the world around them. Outside of school, you can find me with a good book, at the beach, cheering on my favorite football team(Go Bucs and Gamecocks!), or hitting the gym. I’ve been married for eight years and am a proud mom of twins. I can't wait for a fantastic inaugural year at RLE!
