Medical Homebound Services
Student Learning Outcomes: Homebound instruction is temporary and designed for short-term absences from school exceeding 10 days.
Required Materials:
Computer
Assignments from the home school
Class Expectations
Be available for all scheduled instruction
Have all books, materials, & student devices needed for instruction.
Complete all homework assignments
Remain courteous, comply with teacher requests, and use appropriate language.
Dedicate instruction time to instruction only.
Class Schedule:
The homebound teacher will contact the parent to set the schedule for services.
The homebound teacher will send a Google link for the sessions.
Students must be present for each session to receive credit.
Absences:
All absences will be reported to the home school.
Grades:
The home school teacher will provide all grades.
