Meet the Teacher

I am so excited to return to Paris for my 13th year of teaching, but my eighth year in second grade! I have taught kindergarten and first grade, as well. I graduated from Coker College in Hartsville, South Carolina in 2012 and completed my Masters in Classroom Leadership from Southern Wesleyan University in 2016. My husband and I live in Taylors with our two boys, Samuel and Abram. Samuel will be in third grade and Abram will start kindergarten this year :) We love being outside, visiting our families in Sumter and Walterboro and exploring everything that the area has to offer!

Favorite season: Fall

Favorite scents/flavors: Lime and Mint

Favorite school supply: Fun colored pens, markers and class games/art supplies

Favorite Snacks: Larabars, cheese/nuts, and allllll things chocolate

Favorite places to shop: Hobby Lobby, Target, and Amazon

Hobbies: Reading and Backyard Beautification (gardens, bird houses/feeders, etc.)
