February News
We will celebrate Valentine's Day February 13th. We will be sharing valentines with our friends in class. We have 20 students and we are asking that your child signs their name to their cards. They do not need to put their classmates names on the cards.
Math: Counting to 20, Writing numbers to 10, and learning the teen numbers
Stories: Nonfiction books give us information. We will be reading and learning about animals this month.
Writing: We will be labeling our drawing and sounding out words.
Language Arts: Identifying beginning and ending sounds in words. Beginning to blend 2 sounds, and letter formation

*Water Bottle: It is a big help when parents send water bottles to school.
*Extra Clothes: Remember to send in extra clothes please. You can even put an extra sent in your child's bookbag.
*Blankets: They will be sent home at the end of each month for you to wash.
*Folders: Please remember to remove all work from your child's folder and return on MONDAY. Folders are sent home only on FRIDAY.
