About Me

Hi and welcome to the 8th grade! This is my twenty eighth year teaching. I was born and raised in good ole Charleston, SC. I love the beach and anything outdoors! I have one daughter (Abby) and we always have fun! I am a big dog lover; I have a catahoula leopard dog named Tank and Abby has an Irish Setter named Whiskey!I am so excited to be living in gorgeous Greenville, SC now and can’t wait for an amazing year.

I'm most always in a silly goofy mood and love to have fun while learning! I chose to teach math because it has always been my favorite subject in school. I like to push myself and students to be better than the day before. I feel that other than learning, the most important thing is to make connections with the students and build relationships with their families.
