About Me

This is my 20th year at Brushy Creek. I have taught both fourth and second grades. I graduated from USC Upstate in May 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. After having an office job for a few years, I decided it wasn't for me. I continued my education and earned a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Converse College in 2006.  I have two children, Kaitlyn and Mason. Kaitlyn is attending USC-Upstate and Mason will be a seventh grader at Northwood.  My husband, children, and I enjoy spending time together camping, watching movies, playing games, and loving on our pets! I can't wait to get to know your child this year!
