My name is Kelley Schmidt and I am a Greer native. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina Columbia and completed my Master's degree from Converse College. I am currently working towards my Ed.D. in Professional Leadership.
My husband and I, along with our two children and dog, appreciate a good adventure and love to travel as much as possible. A few things that bring me joy and peace - enjoy time with my family and friends, listening to live music, reading, and attempting Pinterest projects. I enjoy cheering on my favorite teams - USC Gamecocks, Green Bay Packers, and Chicago Cubs!
I have taught Special Education, along with 6th and 7th-grade Social Studies, at Blue Ridge Middle School. In addition, I have taught preschool and 5th grade Math and Science while living in Chicago, IL.
I'm excited to be a part of the Greenville County Virtual Program for the seventh year and start year 15 of teaching. I'm looking forward to working with a new group of students this year!
