Hello and welcome! My name is Carly Parker, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to teach your child this year! This is my 19th year in education and my 9th year at Rudolph Gordon School. I earned my bachelor's degree from Lander University and my master's degree in Early Childhood Education from USC Upstate.

Throughout my career, I have taught 4K, 1st grade, and also served as an Early Childhood Instructional Coach before joining Greenville County Schools. Teaching young children is truly my passion! I love creating a classroom where learning is hands-on, engaging, and filled with meaningful experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

When I'm not at school, I stay busy with my two wonderful daughters, Averi (14) and Finley (11). We also have an adorable Australian Labradoodle named Maple, who keeps our family entertained! We are proud to call this community home and enjoy being actively involved in local events and activities.

In my free time, you'll usually find me traveling, cheering on my girls at dance competitions, coaching the Fountain Inn High School Fury Dance Team, reading a good book, shopping, decorating my home, or tackling a creative project. I love making memories with my family and finding joy in life's everyday moments.

I believe that kindergarten is a year filled with incredible growth, discovery, and excitement. My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels safe, loved, encouraged, and excited to come to school each day. I value strong partnerships with families and believe that working together helps every child reach their fullest potential.
