Hi there! I'm Kacie Isbell, and I’m so excited to be teaching fourth grade here at The Fork! Fork Shoals place holds a special place in my heart because I was once a student here myself! This community means so much to me, and I feel truly lucky to give back by teaching here.
I’m a proud graduate of Woodmont High School and I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Lander University in 2011. I also pursued additional certification in middle school science. Over the past 14 years, I’ve taught middle school science, fifth grade, and now fourth grade.
My husband, Jared, and I have three children. Kallie is a sixth grader at Ralph Chandler, while our younger two are here at Fork Shoals. Kinsley is in third grade, and our youngest, Hudson, is starting kindergarten.
Our girls are both very involved in softball, so we spend a lot of our time at the ballfield, it's a busy season of life, but one we love! When I get a quiet moment, I love to unwind with a good book. I also enjoy being outdoors, staying involved with our church, and I’ll never turn down a chance to go grab some Mexican food!
I’m truly looking forward to this school year and can’t wait to get to know my awesome students. Teaching in the community I grew up in is such a gift, and I know this year is going to be incredible!
