About Me
I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Furman University and my MEd in Special Education from Vanderbilt University. I began my teaching career in Nashville, TN where I taught middle and high school math at a private school for students with learning differences. After moving back to my hometown of Greenville, I did private math tutoring while my three boys were young. In the spring of 2021, I was a math interventionist at the Sterling School and then taught in a self-contained middle school classroom for the next three years. This is my second year back at Sterling where I am one of the Resource teachers. I am thrilled to be back working with the students and helping them reach their potential.
