About Mrs. Gregory

Welcome to Challenge!  My name is Kim Gregory and I am so excited to work with your child in Challenge at Bryson Elementary School! I live in Five Forks with my husband and 4 children (7th grade, 11th grade and 2 in college).  I also have 2 Golden Retrievers and 1 cat. It's a zoo in my house most nights, but I wouldn't have it any other way! Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my family and doing anything related to cheer or the beach. 

I have been teaching for over 15 years. Other than teaching Challenge, I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 4th grade, 7th grade ELA and 8th grade ELA. I also spent several years at the district office as a teacher evaluator. Currently (and for the past 10 years) I am an adjunct instructor for Arizona University in the education department and have previously worked at Johns Hopkins University. 

Throughout the year I will communicate through monthly class newsletters as well as weekly Class Dojo updates. Be sure to join Class Dojo as I regularly post pictures and videos of the students learning, working and playing. 

Thank you for the opportunity to work with your child and your family this year. I look forward to watching each student grow in independence and responsibility.  This year promises to be full of memories to cherish.
