Units of Instruction and Long Range Plans
Each student will be taught the South Carolina Fine Arts Standards. When possible I integrate regular-ed classroom standards and themes into my lessons to provide connections between the classroom and the arts.
My main source of information comes from the district approved music series, Quaver. I also will be using numerous other music books from my personal library, old book series, sheet music, etc. Classroom instruments, movement props, and technology equipment will be utilized throughout the year.
The room is equipped with a Promethean Board the allows students to participate with Quaver.
