I attended Elon Unveristy where I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. I taught for 8 years before taking a break to be a stay at home parent for our family. I am so excited to be back in the classroom full time this year!

Our family loves to travel. We took our last international trip as a family last summer. We visited many parts of Italy, including Rome. We love to visit national parks. This summer we visited Fort Sumter National Park.

I have many hobbies, but one of my favorite things to do is take pictures of flowers, especially when we travel. This beautiful sunflower was photographed in a field of sunflowers that we passed on our way to see the Tower of Pisa in Italy! 

My favorte drinks are water, black and chai tea, and Coke Zero. I always enjoy a chai latte with oatmilk from Starbucks! My favorite foods are tacos and chocolate. I like to shop online on Amazon and in person at Target and Walmart. My favorite restaraunts are La Parrilla, Chick-Fil-A, and Tropical Grille.
