Hello and Welcome to my site!

My name is Lindsay Bissette and the 24/25 school year marks my 8th year at Woodmont and my 2nd year as a teacher. I am excited to embark on this journey with you and share my passion for learning.

A little about me: I am originally from Pennsylvania but have been a resident of South Carolina for 15 years. I love to garden, spend time outdoors, read, and stay active. My husband and I also own a small photography and videography business located in Simpsonville, SC. I enjoy spending time with my husband Jim, our three adult kids, Kassy, Zach, and Chiara, and our three fur babies, Kenzie, Storm, and Henry.

My goal as a teacher is to create a love of learning, foster a growth mindset, and encourage you that you can do hard things. I believe in the power of perseverance and the joy of discovery, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
