About Me

Meet Dr. Bailey

Welcome! I'm Dr. Bailey, and I'm excited to be your 6th grade Social Studies teacher this year. I've called Bryson Middle my professional home for 20 years, and I still love it.

Outside of school, family is a big part of my life. My husband Ed and I met as students at Clemson and have been married for 33 years. We have three grown children. Our daughter is a first grade teacher and our twin sons are building their own careers, one in Nashville and one in here in Greenville. Keeping up with them, along with the rest of our family and friends, keeps me happy and busy.

When I have free time, I love the beach, traveling when I can, cooking, reading, and spending time with the people I love.

I can't wait to explore World History with you this year! Get ready for a fun-filled journey!
