Sebastian Parreirinha

Biography

My name is Sebastian Parreirinha and I am originally from Portugal where I resided until 1992. I have lived and worked in multiple places around the world to include: Portugal, England, Turkey, Sicily, the United States and Japan. I have a Bachelor of Arts, business degree from the University of Maryland, a teaching certification from the University of Northern Iowa, and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from American College of Education.

I began my teaching career in 2005 teaching at Northgate High School, Newnan, GA. In 2011, I was offered a teaching position at Faith Middle School in Fort Benning, Columbus, GA. In 2017 I took a position at Yokota High School, Japan where he worked for four years as a Spanish and business teacher.

In my free time I enjoy reading, writing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. I am very excited to be a member of the Woodmont High School faculty.
