Mr. Noel's Website
I have always been a firm believer that if you enjoy what you do, and who you do it with, time flies by. As I go into my thirteenth year as principal at Berea High School, I can't help but to reflect on how quickly the past ten years have gone by. They have been the most rewarding years of my life. Having the opportunity to work with such great people and to be blessed with great students has been amazing.
The challenges tat our students face on a daily basis are real, and ever changing. One of the most important things that we can teach our student is to be prepared for life. That is not just academically, but also culturally, socially, and with a level of maturity that includes self accountability. When people are able to demonstrate the ability and the willingness to learn accompanied with a strong work ethic, they can accomplish anything. Employers need employees who are self motivated, and driven to be successful. Our mission at Berea High School is to prepare our students to become productive, responsible citizens who make a difference in the local and global communities.
Students, teachers, and parents need to work together to ensure that this generation is able to be prepared for the new world in front of them. This is a challenge that we can and will overcome, as long as we work together.
