About Me

Hello. I am excited to be your biology teacher this year! This is my 19th year teaching science and my 1st year teaching at Hillcrest High. I previously taught middle level science at Bryson Middle (12 years) and Hillcrest Middle (6 years). I am a proud alumni of Hillcrest High - Go Rams!!

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from USC Spartanburg (USC Upstate), a Master of Forest Resource Management degree from Clemson, and an Education Specialist degree in School Administration from Clemson.

In addition to teaching, I am an assistant baseball coach at Hillcrest High and enjoy spending time with my family doing various outdoor activities. 

My wife works for Greenville County Schools and serves on the Hillcrest High SIC. My daughter is a freshman at Anderson University, and my son is in 11th grade at Hillcrest High. I look forward to having a great year!!
