Hello!

I am extremely excited to be a part of the exceptional team at Simpsonville Elementary. I am looking forward to my fourth year as a Simpsonville Seal and working with all the students, families, and community members that have given Simpsonville its outstanding reputation.  

I live in Pelzer with my wife, Beth.  We have three children, our son, Coker, who is nineteen years old, our daughter, Harper Grace, who is fifteen years old, and Meyer, our second daughter, who is thirteen years old. In my free time I enjoy watching movies, reading, attempting home-improvement, and spending as much quality time with my family and friends as possible.

I received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina Upstate.  I also hold a masters degree in Educational Administration from the University of South Carolina. Previously, I had the pleasure of serving as the Administrative Assistant at Plain Elementary. I have also taught 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. Teaching was a career change for me and I have not regretted one moment.  I look forward to an exciting and successful year!
