I was born and raised here in Greenville County, and spent my school years through GCS. I graduated from Mauldin High, and went on to Clemson University for Civil Engineering. After a brief time there, I felt that my passion for teaching was so great that I had to make the switch! I enrolled in the University of South Carolina, where I graduated with my degrees in Secondary Education and in History.

I began teaching Math at Sylvan Learning Center in 2022, as well as long term substituting at several middle schools throughout Greenville County. In February of 2026, I became a Centurion at Tanglewood, where I have found home!

In my personal life, my wife Emma and I have been married two years, and we have three adorable kitties. I love to read, hike and play board games!
