About me

Greetings and salutations Raiders!

My full name is Michael Jonathan Caterisano. I'm a Furman grad with a bachelors in health science and a masters in arts in teaching. One thing you should know about me is that I have a ton of energy and love when my class is active and engaging. I have a great deal of experience training others to lift weights and am an avid lifter myself. Despite my athletisism I stink at sports, but that doesn't stop me from playing them! If you are an athlete, don't be shy to ask me any questions about training or health.

Along with my health science background, I am also an artist through and through. From writing plays and short stories, to acting and painting, I highly value the arts and artistic skills. I love it when students share their artistic side so feel free to show me your artwork/artistic stuff.
