About Me

Hello! My name is Robbie Whitney! I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a bachelors degree in mathematics and a bachelors degree in secondary education. I love all things about mathematics and how to make math happen both in the classroom and in the real world. I am a huge sports fan and my favorite teams are the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Boston Celtics, Vegas Golden Knights, Nevada Wolf Pack, and the Inter Miami Football Club. I am also a big video game nerd. My favorite games are The Last of Us, Tears of the Kingdom, God of War, and Ghost of Tsushima. This is my second year teaching and second year at Travelers Rest High School. I look forward to getting to know you and your students. Go Devildogs!!
