My name is Tristan Kutzer and I am the 6-1 ELA teacher! I am originally from Casper, Wyoming and moved to South Carolina in 2022. My wife and I are both teachers and loving what we do! I graduated high school from Natrona County High School in 2016. I immediately went to the University of Wyoming and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelors in Journalism. I specialized in photography and worked for the campus news paper and the Wyoming Cowboys football program.
We moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2020 and I started working as a photographer for the car company, Carvana. After two years in Phoenix, we decided to move and decided that Greenville was an amazing city and opportunity.
I started working at Northwest Middle School in 2022 as a full time substitute before joining the GATE program and becoming an English teacher. I am also the advisor for the Yearbook club. If you have questions about yearbook, feel free to email me.
My wife Faith and I go everywhere together! We got married in September of 2020 in Phoenix, Arizona.
We have several pets! Our first is out cat Mochi. She only stays inside and is very spoiled. Our second pet is Raspado, our bearded dragon. He goes to school with my wife EVERY day! Our third pet is Goose. We rescued her from the animal shelter in 2022.
