Social Studies: Modern World History / Psychology / Law
My name is Jason Kellett, and it is my great pleasure to be in my TENTH full year (A WHOLE ENTIRE DECADE!!!) of teaching here at Carolina High and Academy! This year I will be teaching Modern World History Psychology, and Law. I graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Political Science, then earned a juris doctorate (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
My favorite things to do are to be outdoors or watch movies with my family. I also like to write, play guitar, and cook. I’m a compulsive list-maker, but not about important things. I cannot recall ever having made an efficient “to do” list for instance, but I have a “TOP 5” list for almost any topic: movies, tv shows, music, books… you name it, I got a list. I also like to do impressions. Mostly cartoon characters and Muppets for the kids, but also tons of actors and celebrities who my students are all far too young to remember. It is my solemnly held belief that mankind’s greatest achievements of the past century are the Beatles and the Simpsons.
