About Me

I teach because I want to change the world by developing students that think critically, problem solve, and innovate so they can make a positive impact on the world.

I come from a background of service. I served our nation as a U.S. Marine fighting in Desert Storm. I am a member of Call Me MISTER and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, two organizations that groom young men to be upstanding citizens and role models in our community. I am a member of Mountainview Baptist Church. I currently serve as neighborhood President in Poe Mill where we have the DIY Skatepark.

Personally, I am married to a wonderful wonder woman, have three determined dominating daughters, and a complex son. Lol. I have a dog named Maggie. I love bike riding, writing poetry, reading fantasy novels & historical and political non- fiction or informational text.
