Meet Mrs. Hunter

Hello! My name is Mrs. Hunter and I am thrilled to welcome you to our 2nd grade family! This is my first year teaching after graduating from Furman University with my Bachelors in Education. I loved Furman so much that I am currently working to complete their MAEd in Literacy.  

I grew up in Simpsonville and moved to Greer in 2021. My parents are my role models and I have one sister named Maddie who is a junior at Clemson. I met my husband, Thomas, while at Furman and we got married this summer. Now we live in Simpsonville with our special kitty, Kiki. Outside of school, you'll most likely find me coaching on a pool deck, doing crafts, staying active at the gym, grabbing a coffee, or searching for treasure at a thrift shop. 

I believe that every student is made to leave their mark on the world and it is my privilege to give them the tools to succeed!
