Something extra about me: I was born and raised in North Carolina where I worked as an ER nurse and was a search and rescue K9 handler. I met my husband, a paramedic of 17 years, and we moved to Greenville when I took a job as a flight nurse. We have one daughter, Emily, who is a student at Monarch. We have one cat (Maggie) and a golden retriever (Gracie). I have a Master's of Science in nursing. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, gardening, and treehouse picnics with Emily.
