2. Cosmic Kids Yoga- There are a variety of videos on her channel! Yoga adventures, mindfulness, and relaxation. Yoga stories include Spiderman, Pokemon, Star Wars, 3 Little Pigs, and many more! Designed for Kids 3+.

3. Sunny Side Story Time- Read-alouds during the school closure focusing on character. They are live Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12pm. There will be lessons to go with the book as well!

    • Hello Mind- Young worriers can significantly benefit from HelloMind, an app which helps change negative thought patterns. Children can choose treatments based on whatever is bothering them. Examples include low self-esteem, needing courage, or being afraid to stick up for one’s self.
    • Headspace- There are five themes: Calm, Focus, Kindness, Sleep, and Wake Up, and the app is customized for three age groups—under 5, 6-8, and 9-12. Plus, parents can use the adult version to practice mindfulness alongside your child.
    • Mindshift- Helps you learn to relax and be mindful, develop more effective ways of thinking, and use active steps to take charge of your anxiety.
    • Tide- To help you relieve stress, stay focused, relax with mindfulness, and better sleep at nights, Tide allows you to get away from the fast-paced life, and enter into peaceful and calm moments.
