We need to know why students are absent. Without any communication, those days will be recorded as unexcused. You may submit the reason for the student's absence by ONE of the following methods:
Electronically through our Absentee Google Form
A hard copy, a scan, an email, or a fax of a Doctor's note
An email or a handwritten note from the student's legal guardian. Please include the following details in your note: Student’s legal first & last name, Teacher/Grade, Date(s) missed, Reason for the absence, Parent or guardian’s signature
The form must be completed by 1:30 pm. Any changes submitted after 1:30 pm may not be guaranteed.
