About Mrs. Coker

My name is Maggie Coker, and this is my twelfth year of teaching. I have had the privilege of teaching fourth and fifth grades at Fork Shoals School.

The Fork Shoals community is near and dear to me, as I went to school at Fork Shoals. I graduated from North Greenville University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education, and I also obtained  Masters of Education in Classroom Leadership from Southern Wesleyan University. 

My husband, James, and I are blessed with our two children who are 6 years and 8 months old. 

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am the youngest of three girls and have three nephews and two nieces. I enjoy going to Edisto Beach and the mountains. Reading, baking/cooking, traveling, and being outside are a few more hobbies that I enjoy. 

I am blessed to be your child's teacher and look forward to a wonderful year, full of growing!
