Visit the Chromebook Support Page if you have trouble logging in, or if you need your Chromebook repaired.

Quick Troubleshooting Tips:

1. Turn off WiFi on all devices in the house that you aren't using.

2. Close out of all internet windows and try getting back in.

3. Log-out of Google and log back in.

4. Do a hard shutdown of the computer (hold down power button). Power back on and log-in.

5. Click the blue and black lock at the bottom of the screen to "authenticate." Choose 6 hours.
